Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your information?

GIFT Parenting AS is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Organisation number: 937 282 796
Contact email:
[email protected]

This policy covers our free parenting guide sign-up form and related email communications.

2. Information we collect

When you use our sign-up form, we collect:

Your name and email address.

Your email subscription choice.

A record of your consent, including when and how it was given.

Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.

Our service providers may also process technical information needed to operate and secure the form and deliver emails, such as IP addresses, submission timestamps and delivery logs.

[If email open tracking, link click tracking, analytics or advertising pixels are enabled, describe the information collected, its purpose and legal basis here before publishing.]

3. How we use your information

Delivering the guide

We use your email address to send you the guide you requested and your name to personalise our communications.

The legal basis for delivering the guide is performance of our agreement with you under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Sending marketing emails

If you separately consent, we use your name and email address to send parenting tips, resources, updates and promotional emails about our services, courses, community and retreats.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew consent.

Managing requests and protecting our services

We may process information to respond to enquiries, maintain security, document consent and honour unsubscribe requests.

Where applicable, this processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating a secure service, responding to requests and respecting communication preferences. Where processing is required by law, we rely on the relevant legal obligation.

4. Who receives your information?

We use HighLevel, Inc., the provider of the HighLevel (GoHighLevel) platform, to host our sign-up pages, process form submissions and deliver and manage emails.

HighLevel and its authorised service providers process personal information on our behalf under its Data Processing Agreement.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

By using HighLevel, personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where its authorised service providers operate.

For transfers outside the European Economic Area, HighLevel’s Data Processing Agreement provides for applicable safeguards, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where required, or an applicable adequacy decision.

You can request further information about the relevant countries and safeguards, or a copy of the applicable safeguards, by contacting [email protected].

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you marketing emails. Unsubscribing does not automatically delete previous emails or records of our communications.

We may retain relevant correspondence, consent records and unsubscribe information where needed to respond to enquiries, demonstrate compliance, respect your unsubscribe choice or handle legal claims. We review retained information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to:

Access your personal information.

Correct inaccurate information.

Request deletion.

Request restriction of processing.

Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Receive information you provided in a portable format where applicable.

Withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].

You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, at https://www.datatilsynet.no, or to the relevant supervisory authority in your country.

8. Cookies and tracking

Where consent is required for cookies or similar tracking, we request it separately before activating those technologies. Email subscription consent does not constitute consent to website tracking.

9. Providing your information

Our sign-up form requests your name and email address. Your email address is necessary to deliver the guide by email, and your name is used to personalise our communications.

Consent to marketing emails is separate and voluntary. You can receive the guide without subscribing, and unsubscribing later does not affect your access to the guide.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will notify you of material changes or request fresh consent.
