These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of the digital course “7 Little-Known Parenting Skills Designed to Support Happy, Secure and Confident Children for Life — Without Having to Be a Perfect Parent” (“the Course”).

In these Terms and Conditions, GIFT Parenting AS is referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” The person purchasing or accessing the Course is referred to as “you.”
By purchasing the Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
## 1. The Course
The Course is a digital educational programme providing information and guidance relating to parenting, emotional awareness, relationships, and personal development.
Your purchase includes:
* Access to the Course for 12 months from the date of purchase
* The lessons, videos, written materials, exercises, and other resources described on the sales page
* Any bonuses expressly included in the offer at the time of purchase
Your access is personal and may not be shared with anyone else.
## 2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase the Course.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information when completing your purchase.
## 3. Payment
The Course is purchased through a one-time payment at the price displayed on the checkout page.
Any applicable taxes or fees will be displayed at checkout where required. Currency-conversion charges or other charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
Access will normally begin once your payment has been successfully completed.
We may temporarily suspend access if a payment is reversed, disputed, or identified as unauthorised or fraudulent.
## 4. Course Access
You will have access to the Course for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Your access does not automatically renew. You are responsible for completing the Course and downloading any materials that we permit you to download before the access period ends.
We may make reasonable updates, corrections, or improvements to the Course during your access period, provided that its overall purpose and value are not materially reduced.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, platform changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, we will work to restore access promptly.
## 5. Thirty-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase.
You do not need to complete the Course, provide evidence, or explain why you are requesting a refund.
To request a refund, email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) before the 30-day period expires. Please include:
* Your full name
* The email address used to purchase the Course
* Your order number, if available
The refund will be returned through the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Once a refund has been issued, your access to the Course and all associated materials will end.
This satisfaction guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that apply to you under the laws of your country.
## 6. Digital Content and Immediate Access
By requesting immediate access to the Course, you expressly consent to the delivery of the digital content beginning before the end of any statutory withdrawal period.
Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may end once delivery of the digital content begins with your express consent.
This does not affect the separate 30-day satisfaction guarantee described in Section 5 or any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
## 7. Educational Purpose, Individual Responsibility, and Results
The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The principles taught in the Course are designed to support a child’s long-term emotional security, happiness, and confidence when they are understood accurately, applied consistently over time, and adapted responsibly to the individual child and family.
However, every child, parent, relationship, and family situation is different. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your understanding and application of the Course material, consistency over time, the child’s individual needs, family circumstances, and influences outside the control of GIFT Parenting AS.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply the Course material within your family. GIFT Parenting AS is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the incomplete, inconsistent, inaccurate, unsuitable, or inappropriate application of the Course material.
No specific personal, emotional, relational, developmental, or parenting outcome is guaranteed by purchasing, accessing, or completing the Course.
The Course does not replace individual support from a qualified healthcare professional, psychologist, therapist, lawyer, or other appropriate professional.
If you are concerned about your own safety, a child’s safety, or anyone’s physical or mental health, seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance.
## 8. Intellectual Property
All Course content—including videos, recordings, text, exercises, illustrations, downloads, designs, branding, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to GIFT Parenting AS and is protected by intellectual-property laws.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Course for your own private educational purposes during the 12-month access period.
You may not:
* Share your login details or Course access with another person
* Copy, reproduce, publish, sell, sublicense, or distribute Course materials
* Upload Course materials to another website, platform, group, or file-sharing service
* Record, download, or redistribute videos or sessions unless we expressly permit it
* Modify the Course materials to create or sell another product or service
* Present the Course content as your own work
* Use the Course content to train an artificial-intelligence system
Materials expressly made available for download may be downloaded, stored, and printed for your personal use only.
## 9. Community Conduct
If the Course includes access to a group, forum, live session, or community space, you agree to treat other participants respectfully and protect their privacy.
You may not engage in:
* Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or threatening behaviour
* Unauthorised advertising or promotion
* Sharing another participant’s personal information or story without permission
* Recording or distributing community conversations without express permission
* Behaviour that compromises the safety or integrity of the Course community
We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect participants or the Course community. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.
Removal resulting from a material breach of these Terms does not automatically entitle you to a refund after the 30-day guarantee period, except where required by applicable law.
## 10. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.giftparenting.com.
You must not share another participant’s personal story, image, recording, contact details, or identifying information outside the Course without that person’s clear permission.
## 11. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, supported browser, and any other technology required to access the Course.

## 12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GIFT Parenting AS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Course.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to the Course will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
## 13. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
* Materially breach these Terms
* Share or distribute the Course without permission
* Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity
* Threaten the safety, rights, or privacy of another person
* Misuse the Course platform or community
Where appropriate, we will notify you and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct the breach before terminating your access.
The provisions concerning intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution will continue to apply after your access ends.
## 14. Changes to These Terms
The version of these Terms in effect when you purchase the Course forms part of your agreement with us.
We may update these Terms for future purchases or where a change is reasonably required because of law, security, technology, or the operation of the Course.
We will not make a material change that unfairly reduces the rights already granted through your purchase.
## 15. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, you retain any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws applicable in your country. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute by communicating directly.
Any dispute may be brought before the courts or consumer-dispute body that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
